What are your customer service hours and how do I reach you?
Inherently Me. Clothing & Goods is run by a small team of individuals who want to offer great products alongside great customer service. While we try to be available all hours of the day and night this is not always possible. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via FB messenger through our store channel at https://www.facebook.com/InherentlyMeStore/ and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our typical online hours of operation are 9 am to 9 pm pacific standard time, 7 days a week, 360 days a year. Why only 360 days you ask? Because we are probably camping the other 5 days ;-).
Why are all the leggings and shorts priced so differently?
Inherently Me. Clothing & Goods works side by side with a handful of print and manufacturing studios who bring to life our vision for you. Our long-term goal is to only offer items that are produced sweatshop-free at all levels of production. The combination of which printer we are using as well as the cost and origin of the materials they are using greatly affect the cost and quality we are able to offer to you, our beloved customer. All products marked with an * have been made sweatshop-free from the weaving of the material to the final product. These items will, of course, cost more, but they are of the highest quality and we are certain you will enjoy them.
Why are some items marked with an *Asterisk?
Items that are marked with an * are items that we have chosen specifically because they were made sweatshop-free from beginning to end. These items are made from high-quality materials and are created on demand. What does that mean for you? It means we are providing you with a garment/accessory that will hold up to use and which you will enjoy for the duration. It however also means that these items will take longer to produce and ship to you and we thus ask that you keep this in mind when ordering them, especially around busy national holidays. For example, leggings, yoga pants, and shorts marked with an * will on average take five to ten business days to produce and ship. This is because the material is dyed, cut and sewn on demand on a piece by piece basis just for you.
Do you ever do special request designs?
Absolutely! We have done specialty designs for family reunions, retirement parties, campaigns for human rights, and even one of a kind gag gifts for holidays and birthdays. If you are interested in having a specialty item created contact us at email@example.com with a description of what you are looking for and we will do our best to make it happen!
How do I use my coupon?
Once you click "checkout" type the coupon code into the box that says "discount" then click apply. If the items in your cart qualify for the coupon you are using it will automatically apply as you go through the checkout process. Please note that we only accept one coupon per order.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Once your items have been produced and a carrier has picked them up tracking information will be sent to you via the email you provided upon checkout. If you have not received it, or have lost it please contact us and we will assist you asap.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship to over worldwide. Once you have added at least one product to your shopping cart and provided a shipping address, shipping options will be shown. For international shipments, please keep in mind that we have no control over shipping times as items must pass customs and go through a variety of destinations to reach you.
